Project inquiries
When you submit the contact form, I receive your name, email, optional company name, selected service, budget and message. I use these details to assess your request and reply. The form sends a notification to my Gmail and keeps a private copy on the hosting server so an email failure does not lose the inquiry.
Server copies are removed after 90 days when the form is next used. Relevant email correspondence may be retained while discussing or carrying out a project. You can email me to request access, correction or deletion.
AI project assistant
Using the assistant sends your message and a short recent conversation history to OpenAI to generate a response. The website requests that responses are not stored through the API; OpenAI may still retain data under its own service policies. Do not send passwords, private source code, confidential customer data or sensitive personal information.
Chat messages and the latest project draft are stored privately on the hosting server for up to 30 days. A secure, opaque browser cookie restores your conversation on this browser. Son can review these conversations to help with inquiries and improve the assistant. Delete chat removes the active conversation and its browser cookie; restricted deployment backups may retain older copies for up to 7 more days. Chat is not automatically emailed. Suggestions are drafts and do not confirm prices, availability or a contract.
Hosting and essential security
Hostinger serves the website; Gmail receives contact notifications; OpenAI processes assistant prompts. These providers may process data internationally under their service policies. The website uses an essential session cookie for form security and stores hashed network identifiers temporarily to limit abuse. No advertising trackers are added. First-party usage counts record page and feature events, a daily anonymous session identifier, coarse device type and a limited referrer category for up to 90 days. Counts respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control, and do not include IP addresses, full referral URLs, form fields or chat text. Diagnostic codes are retained for 30 days. Volume is a local device preference and music starts only when you press play. Hosting providers may keep their own access logs.
